We offer deliveries of full truckloads (22 to 24 pallets) or half truckloads (11 to 12 pallets). For other volumes, you can pick up pallets at our site in L’Isle-Verte or at our distributors! To find the nearest point of sale, please consult our Retailers tab.
Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered, but we are generally able to deliver within two weeks.
Yes, absolutely! It is possible to combine several products in the same delivery. Each bag of shavings is identified to avoid any confusion.

Yes! The pallets are designed to withstand the elements thanks to their protective plastic packaging. However, if the packaging is damaged (holes, tears, etc.), water may seep in. We therefore recommend storing open pallets indoors or under a shelter.
